At ICON Amsterdam, we strive for the perfect fit; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your request quickly.
Ship the Items
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
